Happy Earth Day!

We just returned from a pleasant Earth Day event in the local park. I bought a couple of tee shirts, ate a baked potato, listened to some good music, and picked up a tomato plant for my garden. Hope you all had a wonderful Earth Day as well, and a Happy Easter.   – Sher

Minnie Howard Writers Group

We enjoyed an exciting afternoon at the Rocky Mountain Writers’ Festival on Friday. I met a lot of new people – avid readers and writers alike.  Being a college town, Pocatello has an amazing supply of poets, writers, and literary events.

Our Book Fair table attracted several folks interested in our local writers’ group, the Minnie Howard Writers, which meets on the third Saturday of every month from 4-6pm at the Minnie Howard Room at the Marshall Public Library in Pocatello.  Feel free to contact us for more details or just show up and see what our group is about.
